If you wish to return an item you must do so within 7 days of receiving your product. Please call or email to confirm our returns procedure. Anyone failing to follow this procedure will have their returned item refused.

If you have ordered supplements and they are damaged on arrival we can only exchange these if the consignment has been opened in front of the courier driver and he has been made aware of any problem/damages. We can not accept any liability for damages discovered after this time.

Caribbean Nutritionals Ltd. does not accept liability for damage in transit or at the delivery destination. Any exchanges we make are as an act of good will and in an attempt to prove our level of commitment to our clients. Please open deliveries with the courier driver present so he can witness any damage which may have occurred in transit.
